Rules that help keep Tenantal safe and fair for everyone.

Tenantal is a property discovery platform that enables property seekers to connect directly with property owners across India without brokers or middlemen.

We operate solely as an intermediary technology platform and do not own, manage, verify, broker, or control listed properties unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Tenantal.

By registering, you confirm that the information submitted is accurate, current, and legally yours to provide.

Accounts created using misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share accounts or provide unauthorized access to others.
• Activities performed using your account are considered your responsibility.
• You must notify Tenantal immediately at support@tenantal.com if you suspect unauthorized account access or a security compromise.

• Property listings must contain accurate and truthful information at all times.
• You must have the legal authority to rent, sublet, or advertise the property listed.
• Misleading pricing, fake availability, or bait-and-switch tactics are prohibited and will result in immediate listing removal.
• Listings that are no longer available must be updated or removed promptly.
• Owners must communicate with seekers respectfully and in good faith after accepting an inquiry.
• Owners must not request payments, deposits, or any money from seekers outside of a formal, documented rental agreement. Tenantal does not facilitate payments between owners and seekers.
• Tenantal may remove listings or suspend accounts involved in fraud, impersonation, or repeated policy violations without notice or liability.

• Seekers must use the inquiry system genuinely and responsibly.
• Spam inquiries, automated activity, or any form of harassment toward owners are prohibited.
• Contact information and location links unlocked through credits must be used solely for legitimate rental communication. Any other use is a violation of these terms.
• Credits are spent to unlock access to information — not as a guarantee of the accuracy, authenticity, or availability of that information. Seekers remain independently responsible for verifying listings, ownership claims, pricing, and property conditions before making any commitment or payment.

• Tenantal uses a credit-based access system for certain platform features such as unlocking owner contact details and property location links.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-shareable, and tied exclusively to the purchasing account.
• Free credits may be issued at our discretion and are subject to change, withdrawal, or expiry at any time without notice.
• Paid credit purchases are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Tenantal does not process, facilitate, or mediate rental payments, security deposits, advance amounts, or any financial transaction between owners and seekers.

• Creating fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts or listings.
• Attempting to exploit, bypass, reverse engineer, or abuse platform systems, credit mechanisms, or authentication flows.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data, listings, or user information without explicit written permission.
• Uploading illegal, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful content in listings, photos, or messages.
• Impersonating other users, property owners, or Tenantal staff members.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate property discovery and direct owner-seeker communication.

Tenantal acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee:

• The authenticity, legality, accuracy, or completeness of any listing.
• The physical condition, legal title, or ownership status of any property.
• That seekers will secure accommodation or that owners will find suitable tenants.
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenantal, its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages — including but not limited to failed rentals, fraudulent listings, off-platform transactions, scams, third-party conduct, or data loss — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

The Tenantal platform — including its design, branding, code, interface, graphics, and proprietary systems — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform assets without prior written permission from Tenantal.

By uploading listings, descriptions, or photos, users grant Tenantal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Tenantal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account involved in policy violations, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or actions harmful to users or the platform — without prior notice and without liability.

Users may request account deletion by contacting support@tenantal.com. Certain transactional, compliance-related, or fraud-prevention records may continue to be retained beyond deletion where required by applicable law or ongoing dispute resolution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable rules and regulations.

Any disputes arising from the use of Tenantal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to approach consumer forums.

Tenantal may update these Terms and Conditions as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of Tenantal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion at support@tenantal.com.
